My husband, dog and I had a wonderful time- there was an extreme Snow fall that was a bit of a challenge but Travis and The owner were friendly and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The space was perfect and the setting was gorgeous. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

TurnKey`s registration process left me unsure if I had booked a place to stay because of the semi-automated process. After receiving the confirmation email, I was prompted to finalize the booking. Clicking through to the landing page didn`t work, leaving me with a need to call support to confirm and finalize the booking. The rep was able to sort out the issue relatively quickly after figuring out what caused the online booking to not work properly. Hopefully this issue that took place in June has since been resolved.

The location and space was wonderful, albeit not what I would expect for the fee paid. Walking in the front door, the first thing I saw was a stained drape. The rod that supported this drape also fell on my girlfriend when she pushed the curtain to the side. Before leaving, I tightened the screw, so this shouldn`t affect anyone in the future. The grill didn`t work, two burners wouldn`t turn on and the high setting was `low`, and a door was very difficult to close, it needed to be lifted up from outside to be able to close.

Regarding the fees, I understand that there is a need to be more diligent during an ongoing pandemic and appreciate this effort, and taxes are determined by localities. The fees for this booking totaled just under 40% of the total cost. Considering that, notes, that felt passive aggressive, were posted throughout the space telling us how to use the space and the amenities. If there are expectations for guests, consider centralizing those items and including that list on the tablet in the space and in pre-arrival emails.

I have also found that I am unable to get the full billing details of the booking through TurnKey`s Guest Portal, and they did not send an email with those details, leaving me unable to speak to the specific of the rental.

Based on this experience, I don`t foresee myself using a TurnKey rental in the future - despite the amazing location and relaxing experience the space offered. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

My Sister and I enjoyed a weekend away at this sweet little cottage. The home was well stocked and well designed for a guest’s relaxation in mind. It is tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We spent most of our days reading, sipping coffee or wine, snacking or watching the seals and Eagles from the perfectly located deck space. The small yard was nice and beach access couldn’t be more simple. The home is small but perfect for two people. The home isn’t completely private since all the waterfront homes are right next to each other but it was worth it since both neighbors were respectful and nice. We loved an early beach walk and got so lucky with the weather. Thank you for sharing your lovely home- we will return!

Note to management- I would recommend replacing the French press. The glass tip is broken and I am sure some guests are nervous to use it. Just a heads up! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This was our 2nd visit to this location and we will for sure be coming back soon. This Beautiful Beach Front Cottage is perfect couples retreat little more than hour from Seattle. Very nice cottage with all the comforts of home. Also nice deck right by beach, firepit and deck with BBQ. The gem of this rental is the low-bank waterfront on Port Susan! The large yard and easy beach access was perfect and we had a wonderful weekend paddleboarding and crabbing right from the rental property. The full kitchen was well-appointed, but do be aware that the coffee maker is just a Keurig, and you`ll need to bring your own k-cups.

There were a couple of factors that didn`t make this a 5-star experience for me: first, there was not a trash can nor trash bags on the property. There was a clearly labeled recycling bin, and TurnKey was unable to resolve the lack of a trash bin during our stay. We were asked to go out to buy trash bags and just leave the bags outside. The other detractor of this property is the lack of privacy due to it being right next door to a very large vacation rental house. There were two different sets of renters next door to us during our stay, and both had large, lively families. The two properties are very close, so you will hear all of their outdoor conversations/dogs barking/kids playing etc. Totally fine of course, but we were hoping for more of a quiet and peaceful vacation for our anniversary weekend. This place was small but just fine for the two of us and two small dogs. The home was spotlessly clean. And the deck is literally at the water. Would stay here again. Check-in / check-out instructions were clearly mapped out as well. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We stayed at the cottage for the weekend just to get out of the city. We loved being able to take advantage of the large outdoor area and just relax outside. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
