Adjacent to the 8th hole, additional perks include a boardwalk to the beach, guest services, a golf shop, and the on-site Black Marlin Restaurant.

Spanning two levels, this fresh and inviting vacation home features modern decor, vaulted ceilings, and upscale furnishings. All three bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and 50' smart TVs w/ Roku, while a porch and two balconies offer plenty of private outdoor relaxation space.

The second-floor living area offers comfy seating with a queen sleeper sectional, armchairs, and bean bag chairs. A 70” smart TV with cable and a PlayStation provide evening entertainment.

Also upstairs, a modern, Coastal kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Thoughtful extras include a toaster oven, Ninja blender, and a dual coffee maker with K-Cup capabilities.

The master suite features a king bed, direct porch access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second suite offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third suite offers a twin-over-king bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is located on the second floor.

OUTDOOR AREAS

A front porch features a charming swing where you can sip a cold beverage. Upstairs you’ll find two balconies -- enjoy the fantastic weather and views. One overlooks the marina and offers two rocking chairs and two high-top chairs. The other offers Gulf and resort views as well as two high-top chairs, a table, and a Weber grill.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services..

No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
