I rented this condo for my annual girls weekend. We have making the trip to OC for 10 years. This condo was the best one we’ve rented by far. It was clean. It has been remodeled/redecorated recently. The kitchen was well equipped with cute ceramic mugs and a 14 oz handmade-looking cup to pour into the coffee maker. The primary bathroom is large with its own bathroom and desk. It has its own entrance onto the deck. Overnight, I left it cracked open and could hear the ocean waves. Delightful! My only complaint, and it’s a small one, is that the coffee maker is slow. It’s a single cup/pot of coffee combo. The k-cup side was slow. Such a 1st world problem. That’s it! There is a pool, tiki club, and live music on the premises. It was fun and not obnoxious at all. Even the deck is excellent. Somehow, half of it is shaded in the morning, sort of; when you’re sitting in two of the Adirondack chairs, your head is in the shade. Thank you for an excellent stay. We’ll be back next year!

Th indoor pool was fabulous, everyone at the building was so kind to us and the children, the kitchen with the big island made preparing meals easy and ocean front …. Just perfect. I got to sleep listening to the ocean every night. I can’t thank you all enough
