This three-story townhome sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms, a full-size sleeper sofa in the main living area, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the second living area.
The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony with four Adirondack chairs. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second suite features a king-size bed, a Keurig coffee maker, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the third bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
A half bath provides additional convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Covered balconies at the front and back of the second floor provide comfortable shade as well as lovely views of the community and the dunes.

No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
- 2 dogs, weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- This rental is located on floor 1.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
