With 2,000 square feet of luxe living space, this 3BR/3.5BA home offers the ideal Gulf getaway. Overlooking the gorgeous resort grounds and located across the street from one of the sparkling shared pools, of which both are heated during winter months. This stunning home has it all!

Amenities at the Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community include a shared courtyard with a fire pit, a boardwalk to the beach, and on-site dining at the Black Marlin Restaurant.

LIVING AREA

The stylishly appointed living room features an inviting, beachy color palette. Stretch out on a sectional (converts to queen sleeper) as well as several chairs and watch shows on the 75” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The spacious and modern kitchen is a chef’s dream. Outfitted with a complete set of high-end stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, the kitchen also has a large island with plenty of counter space for meal prep.

The breakfast bar and center island offer seating for eight. Or gather around the eight-person dining room table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Three full bathrooms and a half bath are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

The master bedroom features a comfy king bed and a 42” TV. The en-suite master bath has a double vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a 42” TV. The en-suite bath offers a tub/shower combination.

In the third bedroom, you’ll find a twin-over-king bunk bed. Watch favorite shows on the 42” TV. An en-suite bath holds a tub/shower combination.

A half bath off the kitchen provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

This home features three second-floor balconies. One overlooks the courtyard with a four-seat dining table, as well as a two-person seating area. The second balcony is located on the opposite side of the house and has seating for two. A third balcony includes four tall Adirondack chairs.

A gas grill and an outdoor shower are located on the patio.

The community courtyard offers alfresco dining and a fire pit, and just across the street is the seaside pool.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.
