This is a great spot. All of the fit and finish of a high end luxury property. The unit is on the second floor of three floors - you cannot hear through the walls aside from the occasional very late night elevator sound - but it is extremely faint. The kitchen is super well equipped.

Like all of these corporate managed rentals there will little things:
-the dishwasher filter needed to be cleaned
-the handle in the second shower was loose and actually came off
-they allow animals - the front door and the master door have scratch marks from a dog trying to get in/out.
-there was dog hair left in the unit

I will return.

We asked for a late check out, but were told 10am would be standard check out. At 9:17 housekeeping came by. I told him our check out was 10:00, and his response was it’s 9:17 and usually people check out early, so he was surprised we were still there. I did not know why he would come earlier than the normal check out time. I’m addition, about 20 minutes later, another person came by and said he needed to do an inspection. At that point, we still had about 20 minutes left to pack things up, so I told him if it’s ok we’re not ready, and he said he’ll just wait outside. Kind of felt rushed when 2 people show up to rush you out. The place overall is very nice and spacious. A bit loud with thumping from upstairs and you can hear people in the hallways. Nicely located and easy to get in and out of heated, spacious garage. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The condo was exactly as pics showed. Super clean, easy access and convenient location. The garage parking was a nice bonus. Internet was slow and should be upgraded but all in all was not that noticeable. Great linens and plenty of towels too, awesome washer and dryer and it was nice you were provided with detergent. Location is perfect! 5 Minute walk to cabriolet or load up in the car and drive across the street to park in front of the cabriolet. Enough space to relax and unwind vs. staying in a resort room. We picked up some groceries on the way to the condo and really enjoyed being able to cook in the amazing kitchen vs. spending time standing in lines for resort food. Look forward to coming back! We stayed here for the entire month of October. The condo was beautiful! It was super well-stocked and very clean. We loved the space and patio grill. It was also in a good location. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a family that moved in upstairs (a week after we moved in). Constant running and jumping that started around 6am every morning and didn’t really stop throughout the day. If you can tolerate loud noise or won’t be in the unit much, this place is great. We enjoyed our time here and the place is basically like new. Everything was setup nicely and location has a nice outlook. There was some construction nearby but this didn`t really affect us. The description of the property is accurate and comfortable. Underground parking is nice and convenient with elevator access to haul gear in and out of condo. Be aware the pool and hot tub are a little walk away down the street so you’ll want a cover in the winter as you make your way from the condo and you’ll need to bring your own towel as well. Unit was in good condition and tastefully decorated. Appliances are good quality, though the coffee maker is a mess to use ... so we bought coffees at a local shop instead. Lots of construction at the time of our stay on adjacent complex, but expect it’ll be done by mid-to-late 2019 and then no issues expected. My family and I arrived at this beautiful brand new condo, just before Christmas. It was staged beautifully. But at a closer look, no linens were on the beds or towels. The kitchen was totally empty. Absolutely nothing to wash your hands, nothing in the cabinets. Someone came to put the new sheets on straight from the packages. We were so tired we slept in them and bought the tide to wash them the next day. The view is of total construction. It starts week days at 7 am. The master bedroom is right over the lobby so you hear everyone that comes in. Then for a 700,000 $ condo you would think that insulation would be well enough not to hear the elevator and the party upstairs. But sadly no.
The positives are it is a 5 min walk to cabriolet. And it is a beautiful condo. We parked in the garage, it is heated and secured, but we never received info on which place to park and no opener.
