Very comfortable home with great access to main street.

The property was conveniently located, but was old and run down on the inside. Holes in the walls, smelly fridge, old tattered and torn bedding. Just tired. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We had a great stay and TurnKey was professional and provided quick responses to our questions. The house is an easy walk to town and to the Town Lift. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

I called TurnKey Properties at least 4 times during and after my stay, and they have not gotten in touch with me yet. My stay was over a week ago. The master tub was loaded with hair, the main bathroom off kitchen was leaking urine, and the dishwasher was not working properly. We called as soon as we noticed the leak in the bathroom and no one came out to fix it. I called and sent pictures of all the hair in the tub, and a video of the leaking toilet - and still have not gotten any responses from TurnKey. I will never rent a property that is managed by TurnKey ever again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

One of the great things about this property is that each bedroom has a private bath. And the location is walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The house is an easy walk to/from the slopes and town. It’s is warm and cozy. You can’t go wrong staying here. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Check in was stress -free (keep that front door code handy once you get it - you need it any time you come or go!). There are a lot of stairs to either of the bedroom levels. The master up is beautiful with a large en suite bath. The downstairs bedrooms are less decorated but functional. Beds are great and laundry is available. The kitchen is VERY well appointed. Fireplace did not work when we were there but owners had candles inside which provided a nice ambience if not the warmth of a fire. No view to speak of. We were in PC to mtn bike. The Crescent lift was a short bike ride away and downtown was a short walk (uphill return).
Overall the unit was clean though the blinds were dusty and the shower could use a good scrubbing. Good water pressure and hot enough for 4 people showering. Adequate kitchen supplies. No outside area and no place to bbq outside. We opened the windows for fresh air (we were there in Aug) and two fans helped for cooling on hot days.
When the wifi instructions did not work. we called Turnkey but on hold a few mins so tried texting which gave a robot response. So called again and after 5-8 mins of holding, spoke with a helpful and friendly Turnkey rep.
The house is wedged in between two other houses but we did not have problems w noise.
Note: the driveway can realistically only fit one medium SUV vehicle and the garage is only wide/long enough for a Subaru Forester SUV or smaller vehicle. Neighbors seemed to fight over the street parking so we didn’t bother, plus the street is relatively narrow.
Overall, this was a nice house and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again but we would not bring more than two vehicles. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

hello, unfortunately pictures are not worth a 1000 words in this instance.
Poor: mattresses have cheap and in bad shape cushions, couch is worn out, the rugs are dirty and the feel of the house is unclean. they have cheap pace heaters which are loud and noisy; if not used, the master bedroom got done to 50 degrees the space heater registered. Very unhappy and they charged way too much. Bad business practices. Charged for a 4 star and gave you a one star This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We had a good time at this well-equipped, very comfortable house. The location is fantastic for Main St and Town Lift, as well as a short hop down to the public library where the cafe is a real local hangout.

The upstairs master bedroom was pretty stuffy on hot summer nights, but when we asked, the management immediately brought us a couple of powerful fans which helped a lot. We appreciated their responsiveness. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great location. Very busy time of year. House was comfortable and everyone had their own space. Owners notes seemed a little overwhelming at first but made good sense as the week went on. Kitchen supplies need significant updating. Because of the high competition for restaurant reservations, we had to cook a lot and the kitchen utensils were not great. Also, the hard water situation made everything feel and look like it was dirty. Water softener needed? This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

What a delightful experience, the house is in a great location to walk everywhere. Very very clean and well maintained. It was so cozy and great views, just wish the fireplace had worked. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
