This is the most luxurious vacation home we have ever rented. Comfortably sleeps 10 with plenty of room for everyone. With a 3-5 min drive to either of the Deer Valley east ski resort bases, it’s an amazingly easy and tranquil alternative to the traffic around the snow park base. Breathtaking 180 degree views of the Jordanelle (which is a short walk away) and Deer Valley ski resort from everywhere in the home, including the fantastic deck and outdoor spa. The kitchen is fully stocked (perhaps better than our home!) and the sauna is a wonderful bonus. We felt like we were staying at a resort more than a rental home. The only downfall to this place is that we had to leave..

This property was the perfect place for us to anchor our week long trip to Heber City, Midway, and Soldier Hallow Nordic Center. From the moment we arrived, the thoughtfulness and intention that was put into creating a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to stay was evident. From the (very) well appointed kitchen, to the backup towels and linens, the labeled bath and kitchen soaps and lotions, sewing and first aid kits, excellent sound bar, easy WiFi and TV connections, and kind guidance on local favorite places to eat and visit, it was clear the property host thought and truly cared about the guest experience. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with a smile. Im looking forward to our next visit to the Heber/Midway valley and will definitely stay at the Loft on Center again!

The pass to Cotton Wood Canyon is closed in winter. We had to drive around to ski the West side, our goof! Enjoyed the quiet of Heber City. Super clean, comfortable and quiet unit. No coffee filters, salt, pepper etc. but we may have been first to rent. There are now if the cleaning staff left them. We would rent again if we skiing the East side of the Wasatch. Thanks!

Where is Heber City, UT?

Tucked between the blue waters of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the powdery slopes of the Deer Valley ski resort and east of the Wasatch Mountains, the entire Heber Valley offers a welcome respite in the summer months, with cooler temperatures than many of its surrounding regions.

Things to Do In Heber City, UT

Thanks to its milder weather, it's a hotspot for golfers: There are five 18-hole courses in Heber City and neighboring Midway.

For wining and dining, there are a few options within charming Heber City itself, and all the bistros, wine bars, and fine dining of Park City just nine miles away.

Heber City lies just west of the beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir and its namesake state park, a popular summer destination for boating, fishing, and water sports, along with hiking trails, picnicking, and mountain biking. Birdwatchers flock to the park (no pun intended) to catch a glimpse of species ranging from golden eagles to hummingbirds.

In the winter, the trails attract snowshoers and cross country skiers for peaceful tours through the snow-covered woods. And, of course, the area is surrounded by ski destinations at Deer Valley and Park City, just minutes from town.

Make a Heber City vacation rental your home base for your next Utah getaway, and experience firsthand the beauty and adventure of this splendid valley!
