This deluxe beachfront home is as luxurious as it gets in Costa Rica. The house is directly on the beach and features four extremely spacious bedrooms, four and a half baths, a travertine private pool, a large living with comfortable furnishing throughout and a flatscreen TV with cable, movie projector, a spacious dining room area with a six-person dining table, and an open fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, a small electric oven, and a blender. There is plenty of counter space and dining space too! You'll find a five-person table, four chairs on the breakfast island, and three more chairs on the breakfast bar.

This level also features one bedroom with a flatscreen TV, direct access to the pool, and an en-suite full bath, a half bathroom, and an enclosed yard with a covered patio, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, beach chairs, seating area, and a gas grill. The second level is where the rest of the rooms and bathrooms are located at. The first and second bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite full bath. The third bedroom has access to a furnished balcony, a desk, a flatscreen TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub.
