House was well setup. If you like to cook everything was there and great quality. Just a great place. Yes, it is near where landscapers start day but we didn’t notice until heading to beach in car. Great property management as well. Multiple check ins to make sure stay was going well. We’ll be back!

Wonderful place to stay and base our explorations from. Pool was great. Private beach was wonderful.

We had a 3 week stay at this great condo, and loved every minute of it. The `check-in` `check-out` process was all done electronically and was super-easy. We loved the location on the Mauna Lani property and the condo itself was top-rate. Would definitely stay here again. This is a very nice unit. The photos are accurate. However, it is very POORLY MAINTAINED. List of problems include: 1. Downstairs toilet wouldn`t flush properly. Had to open tank and pull lever to flush; 2. One bathroom sink was almost clogged and drained very slowly; 3. Drawer in cabinet on patio was jammed open and would not close. It was this way when I arrived; 4. Key card to get into beach club wouldn`t work because it presumably hadn`t been activated; 5. Clocks in bedrooms were set to crazy times. And, there were several other minor items, but I think you get the picture. They had missed both big things and little things. They did offer to fix everything as I messaged them, but I didn`t want a bunch of maintenance folks roaming through the unit while I was there. About a year ago, I stayed in another unit in this same resort -- Mauna Lani Fairways -- and there were also maintenance issues (though, not quite as many). I suspect that the maintenance team here is either short-handed or poorly managed. One thing that you cannot tell from the photos is that this unit is about 30 feet and a thin row of bushes from the MAINTENANCE SHED. So, when you are sitting on your patio in the morning you get to listen to the chatter of the workers and hear them moving equipment, etc. And, occasionally, they fire-up a lawn mower or a leaf blower. They are pretty considerate and the noise isn`t excessive, but if you had an image of a tranquil Hawaii morning on your patio listing to nothing but the wind and the birds, you will be disappointed. Lastly, in the weeks after I left, the property manager -- Turnkey -- send me NINE emails asking me to review their property. NINE! If they had spent some of that effort on maintenance, this might have been a better review. In SUMMARY, this is a very nice place, but it needs some work. And, just be aware that you will be next to the maintenance shed. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Rental was very clean and up-to-date. Was one of the better we`ve seen over the years. Patio was small but secluded and perfect for outdoor dinners. Kitchen was well stocked (skimpy on trash bags) and the basics. Would definitely return. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This two storey condo was wonderfully fit-out, in excellent condition and good value for money. Although only two beds, there was a fold-away futon that we used for a third. There`s not much of a view but as a result quite private. We found the booking process through TurnKey very cumbersome given I was not a US citizen (four emails, three calls, two texts, lots of repetition, etc). In addition, there was a total lack of flexibility on check out despite no guest arriving that day even though we offered to pay a day rate. Loss for both parties unfortunately. This home was very clean and well-appointed. The upstairs-downstairs setup is conducive to either two couples or a small family. We liked that the local store provided nice food to grill here. We enjoyed our stay. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

If you are the type to get up and out the first thing in the morning, this is a perfect property. If You like a quiet cup of coffee on the lanai, the location next to the grounds keepers isn`t ideal, since they start between 7 and 8 in the morning, 5 days a week.
Also, since the mailboxes are next to the groundskeepers, residents often use the area as a shortcut, so the area adjacent to the lanai isn`t exactly private.
Aside from that, the property is great - clean, updated, lots of gear to borrow, close to some of the best beaches on the island, and the property manager was on top of things and very responsive. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Although this condo was well taken care of and in the location we were looking for, I would not rent again. Starting with the booking agency, I felt it was a large company with no intimate knowledge of the property. Communication regarding any issues with the condo before and during our stay was delayed. I had to communicate via text, then by phone with no one on staff truly knowing the property, nice people but not even located on the Big Island. There was also a miscommunication regarding what amenities were available to us although we were assured of the available amenities prior to booking. We were compensated for that miscommunication. But the other important bit of information was that the condo`s air conditioning was set at 78 degrees F. You could adjust it down to 75 (only!), but it would bump back up after a few hours. It was too warm most of the time, even with fans running and doors closed. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
