The space was great for our family. Not as clean as I would have liked, but it worked for what we needed. Water pressure in master bedroom was amazing! Tub in other bathroom didn’t plug, so it was difficult to use the bathtub for kids. A few minor maintenance issues, but otherwise a great space and great location.

The shared pool in the title is an additional fee ($85 for a week) and you have to take a trolley (free) or drive and park (not difficult), but not as easy as I would have liked with small kids.

So many wonderful things to do and see are just a stones’ throw away. The unit was more well-appointed than we were anticipating. The master bedroom was significantly warmer than the rest of the unit (10-15 degrees different), regardless of how far we turned down the thermostat. Also the pool is not 50 yards away- more like 300 yards, and is called Sea Pines Harbortown Pool on Google Maps. This really needs to be included in the unit’s profile/description. Be sure to bring your own beach towels, as only a bare minimum of towels for the bathroom are provided.

We have a community pool with seasonal hours located at the South Beach Marina. Guests are allowed access to the pool for an additional fee. We apologize for any confusion regarding the pool access. We hope to host you again in the future!

really nice place. no views other than the parking lots but great location and easy to get in / out of.
