Great place for base camp :) grounds are well kept and inviting. Inside was quaint and comfortable.
Fix the outlets in kitchenette. Had to bring the appliances into the bedroom (coffee maker and toaster)
Very responsive when I asked about getting them fixed, James tried but electrician was needed.

We loved the perfect location with amazing red rock views, and it is close to town and has great hiking trail access! We enjoyed the hot tub and upper patio views. The hot tub is semi private and shared with another unit and the upstairs patio is only accessible when the owner is not in residence. We were fortunate to not have anyone else on the property while we were there so it was completely private, but be aware that this may not always be the case. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and enjoyable to explore or even meditate. The inside of our unit was clean and our king bed was very comfortable. Some coffee k-cups were provided which we appreciated, but only a few, so we ended up buying more for our 7 day stay. The towels/wash cloths and toilet paper supply need to be adjusted for length of stay. We ran out of toilet paper and we had one towel and wash cloth each which we had to re-use for all 7 days. We couldn’t find a way to get in touch with anyone to request more. Other than these couple of “supply” issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views, trails right at the end of the street, close to everything, beautiful neighborhood, just enough for 2 people on a nice get away trip! Enjoyed it very much. We’ll definitely return.
