The home is surrounded by a 3,000+ sq. ft. deck that wraps almost all the way around the home. This deck offers plenty of seating options (beach chairs included), an outdoor dining area for six, a gas grill for family barbecues, and wonderful vistas of the surrounding nature.

The great room is located right in the heart of the home with wood accents made from pecky cedar. It's subdivided into many entertaining areas. Snuggle up in front of the wood-burning fireplace, which features and Arizona red onyx. You will have plenty of sofa options to choose from, or cozy up in the sectional to watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV.

The full-size pool table offers endless entertainment; challenge your friends to a billiards tournament and show them who is boss! The nearby four-person round table is conveniently located near a wood stove to keep you all nice and warm while playing board games, card games, or doing puzzles. When it comes to relaxation, this home is unbeatable. You will discover an indoor redwood sauna bath with a removable window covering, which provides an outdoor view off the deck. The sauna bath can accommodate from six up to eight people.
