With plenty of space for friends or family members to spread out and enjoy time on vacation, this stylish and sunny, two-story home has it all! Prepare meals in one of two kitchens or fire up the gas grill out back to add a little something special to your home-cooked menu. This home also includes indoor and outdoor living spaces for formal meals, alfresco dining, or entertaining. You'll also find a gas fireplace, flatscreen TVs for streaming your favorite channels, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning to help you cool down after exciting days out and about in Newport Beach.

This one property offers three separate vacation rentals, all of which may be rented separately or together as Sunshine Fun Time to accommodate up to 16 guests.
