• Parking notes: There are three parking spaces available - two in the portico and one in the driveway. There are also two public parking spaces across from the garage.  Parking is not allowed on vacant lots. Boats and trailers are not permitted on-site; however, parking is available in the Island Mooring Marina parking lot across the hwy. Please contact the Island Mooring's office for more information. There is a $10 fee per day. 361-749-4100.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
