Great location, but is a little noisy. The loft is really laid out well and the feel of the place is very upscale with a few things that could be repaired or replaced. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to have fun, and needs a lot of beds for sleeping. I want to go back to the layout, very modern and everything is spaced out well. The only draw back is the noise of the location, but they do provide earplugs which was perfect. If you want a modern loft, in a great location book this place. The price for this unit was perfect for what you get. They have a room with 3 bunk beds in it, that are queen size. Master bed room is really nice and they have two separate living rooms to watch TV and kick back, not to mention a huge TV in one of them. High end appliances etc. Great place all the way around...

Great Stay – Comfortable, Convenient & Fun Location!
We had a fantastic stay here and would absolutely book again!
The location is ideal—about 0.7 miles from the Hard Rock Cafe on Broadway, which puts you right near all the Nashville nightlife. Broadway is full of energy with tons of bars, live bands, and fun activities (including a mechanical bull at Jon Bon Jovi’s bar!). It was close enough to enjoy everything, but still far enough to come back and relax.
The accommodations themselves were very comfortable. The mattresses were especially great—everyone slept well, which is always a huge plus when traveling. Everything in the unit worked as expected, and it felt very safe and easy to access. Parking and getting into the unit was simple and stress-free.
We stayed with 4 people, and the only minor issue was that the 4th person didn’t have much hot water left for their shower. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of with a full group.
The only thing that would have made the stay even better is having a luggage rack—just a small addition that would really complete the room.
Overall, a great experience—comfortable, convenient, and in a perfect spot. We’d definitely stay here again!
