This condo overlooks trees bordering the Assawoman Canal with two canal access points around the building. The large screened-in porch and deck make it feel like a treehouse; the deck provides guests with convenient outdoor eating and an open-air area with seating.

Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home has an inviting living room with a gas fireplace and Smart TV in the corner, surrounded by comfortable sofas.
