This large, open concept, detached villa with a private backyard is designed with large family or group vacations in mind. Spread-out rooms allow for everyone to relax, work, and play. Designed with three 50-inch smart TVs, WiFi, Alexa, a basketball arcade, and games, this place has all the comforts of a well-equipped home away from home.

The living room has a comfortable sectional and a 50-inch TV. All bedrooms have ultra-soft bedding and comforters for a good night’s sleep after a fun day at the beach or sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials for making meals at home. Slip out the side door and enjoy the huge yard with a beautifully designed gazebo, BBQ grill, dining table, and chaise lounges. The hanging string lights and firepit make this a great space for a relaxing dinner alfresco.

The beaches are just minutes away. Anna Maria Island and Bradenton beaches are 15 minutes west on Manatee Ave. Lido Beach and famous Siesta Key beaches are a 40-minute drive south. You are five minutes from downtown Bradenton on Manatee River with bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 21-minute drive (nine miles). St. Armands Circle is a 35-minute drive (15.1 Miles) south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island, which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas. For your dog, Bradenton Veterinary Emergency is within walking distance on our street.
