This cabin on the river is an amazing location for a Wallowa Lake getaway. The accomodations were comfortable and clean with rustic charm. I loved being right on the river and hearing the river sounds on the deck and thru the open windows. Lots of family friendly activities within a quick walk. First time in the area, but not the last. I’d easily stay here again, though will pack a metal French press as I’m not a coffee pod fan (the coffee option). Kitchen was well equipped to accomodate most any meal at home.

and the kitchen had all the essentials (well no coffee pot or french press for the non coffee poders … but where there is a will there is always a way)

Iconic Norman Rockwell river cabin in the woods. Rustic and genuinely harkens back to the good ol'days. Clean, comfortable. Easy walk to attractions by the lake. Mini golf, go carts, tram ride up Howard Mtn, Ice cream!!

We loved the location of this cabin right on the Wallowa River. It was convenient to the local shops and restaurants while at the same time feeling like you were all by yourself. The perfect place to relax and recharge.

We loved the coziness and comfort of this cabin. Just what we were looking for....a cabin in a forest setting. My wife and two sons slept well, ate well and enjoyed the all the amenities. Especially the location.

This was such a cozy cabin, but it had absolutely everything we needed! Beautiful scenery, and we loved the wilderness feel/sound of the river. It's a wonderful home away from home. The vintage decor mixed in was really fun. It was the perfect place to celebrate my mother in-law's birthday for a few days. It snowed, so would love to come back in the summertime when our kiddo can play mini-golf, etc. Thanks for sharing a relaxing place from the city!!
