Each bedroom is located on its own level and comes with its own bathroom (all updated in 2022) for convenience and privacy.

• There are many stairways to each level of this townhouse with no elevator. Please keep the stairs in mind when you book this great vacation property.
• Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental; however, beds are not made in advance of guest stays
• Boats cannot be parked at the property. HOA does not allow boat parking and items may be towed.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
