Take delight in marvelous views, a beautiful lakeside area, and a private dock for your boat. This home is very unique as it has several areas in which to congregate. The main level is a bright lovely living space with a smart TV. There are also two guest bedrooms on the main level that share a full bath. The upper level has a main bedroom with an en suite bath with plenty of light and a private deck for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a sitting area or 'library' for cozying up with a book or playing a board game. Off of the bright sunny kitchen and dining area is a breakfast nook to eat and watch the loons. There are picturesque views from all windows! Walk out from the dining area to the upper deck to fire up the grill or just sit by the propane-fueled firepit for some post-dinner summer fun. Then, head downstairs for some late-night action to shoot some pool or watch the latest movie.

The house was comfortable but dated. The bathroom shower and the toilet flush had very low pressure. The basement smelt very musty. There were a couple of fans that were not working and with no air conditioning it was very hot. The views are very good. We felt the rental was overpriced and we have stayed at better properties for that price. The yard is not maintained well.

The home was in a great location, on the water, and very close to the business center of Meredith. We loved the floor plan and how every room was broken up while still being connected. The kitchen was large and is a great focal point for games and food. The dock was great for fishing off of and we ended up catching a lot of fish. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and right down the street from the home. My only complaint was the exterior maintenance of the home. The dock wasn’t anchored very well and the balcony off of the master bedroom was warped and nails pulling apart.

Superb on most points. Stove was very old and extremely hard to operate. Back yard in dire need of mowing. More garbage cans are needed.

Very pleasant experience. Everything was as advertised. Even the fishing was good from the dock (4 1/2 pound large mouth). The entire family had no regrets staying there.

Our family was back on Lake Wicwas where we spent all our summer vacations when our kids were young--a trip down memory lane fishing, swimming, hiking the White mts, etc.....This is not a location for young children
