Spend days at your own private pool complete with a spa, and soak-up the good times around the fully screened lanai. When you're hungry, fire up the gas grill for a poolside barbecue. Challenge guests to some friendly competition ini the game room with a few rounds of pool and Ping-Pong. The gorgeous full kitchen showcases sparkling counters and a suite of stainless steel appliances, including an eat-in kitchen for four. A pass-through window connects the dining area, with table seating for six. Spread across two floors, the bedrooms offer private comfort for everyone, including three, themed kid's bedrooms. A primary suite on each floor includes private en suite bathroom access. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
- Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). The pool/spa do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation.

- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
