This beautiful, well-appointed home was registered in a historical site built in 1886 by Greenlaws, who homesteaded in Flagstaff and were in the Lumber Industry. With this location, you will be within walking distance of Downtown Flagstaff and all of its shops, dining options, and fantastic attractions. Find endless entertainment at Thorpe Park, which is located a mile away. Flagstaff Visitor Center and Lowell Observatory are within one and a half miles. The Museum Of Northern Arizona is three miles away while the Pepsi Amphitheater is six miles from home.

This darling retreat features a beautiful front porch with a swing, where you can unwind with good company, read your favorite novel, or simply take in the surroundings on your own. The backyard has a patio area where you will find a gas grill and an outdoor dining area, perfect for warm-weather barbecues. This is a great spot for your pups to run around and play fetch!
