Penthouse suite near downtown with private entrance, garden deck, streaming TV

This bright and airy penthouse suite overlooks charming Main Street Eureka Springs. Slumber fast and easy on our elegant bed with silky smooth sheets. Room darkening blinds (not blackout) allow late risers to sleep in without interruption. For the early bird, nothing beats sipping on a coffee while watching the town awake from our premium deck. The surprisingly spacious bathroom doubles as a dressing room to allow plenty of room for pampering. Treat yourself to a stay to remember! Additional amenities include a smart TV with streaming services and an in-room mini-fridge and coffee maker.

The historic Brownstone Inn was built in 1895 and served for many years as the original headquarters of Ozarka Water Bottling Co. In the 1980s, the property was converted to lodging and has continued operation ever since. Conveniently located across from the train on Main Street in Eureka Springs, the heart of downtown is a flat one-mile walk from the Inn.

A stay at the Brownstone Inn provides access to our Parlor which includes living, dining, and kitchen space. Breakfast service is not available at this time.

Close enough to everything but just far enough away to feel private.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Close to town without all the noise.
