My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in December and thought it was great. Driving around Eureka Springs, we saw a million different houses that had been converted into bed and breakfasts or places to stay. So, there will be a lot of options for you depending on the time of year you go. Why should you choose the Brownstone? Well, it has everything you need in the room. The Spring room had a nice hot tub easily big enough for two people. The shower had shower heads on both sides, so it was quite comfortable. You get a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and everything a hotel would have. The bed was comfy. Also there is a parlor available for use with a full kitchen that you can use. You also get a 32 inch tv with a roku so you can sign in and stream movies. The location is probably too far to walk to downtown, so that is one downside. However, you are really close to the passion play, and from your location, you can go to the crescent hotel or get to downtown quite easily.
