A long boardwalk leads across the marsh to a dock where you can tie up your boat, but please note that there is no lift. It's a stunning location with views of the sound to the west, ocean vistas to the east, and front and rear decks on both floors.

Leave your car in the covered parking area and enjoy the luxury of getting around on foot, with the beach across the street and North Topsail Beach Town Park a block away. After a day out and about, come home to unwind in central air, toss the day's clothes in the washer/dryer, and fully relax in the private hot tub.
