The location of this home is not to be beat. Lake Champlain is RIGHT THERE -- unbelievable views that change many times throughout the day, especially early morning and evening. The house was great for our group of 4 -- with lots of additional seating for accommodating more people as well (8 at dining table, 8 seated comfortably in living room). Kitchen is generally well stocked, but being your own knife if you're a chef. The knives here are none too sharp. Main floor has master with Q bed and ensuite bath, and second bedroom (converted office -- no closet) also with Q bed. A half bath is also on this level. 2 Q bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath (plus additional futon sleeping available in upstairs hall/loft area). Vacasa did a great job on site when we had some troubles with snow removal.

Loved that it was only 15 minutes to downtown Burlington. Stayed in February and loved the hot tub (I'm assuming broken basement slider will be fixed so don't have to walk all the way around the house). I imagine it would be a great place for water activities in the summer.
