We were 10 of us and we had a fabulous weekend at the Mansion house, the house was spotless, and it was a relaxing atmosphere making it perfect for a weekend getaway.
There is a nice jacuzzi with a big size pool with an extra bathroom near to the pool area.
The location was great with easy access to the city in 10 minutes, I went to the store to get some extra food that we needed it, there is also 5 minutes walk to a fresh fruits and vegetables stand that you can get organic fresh produce. We enjoyed cooking our meals and bbq and expended most of the time in the backyard and relaxing in front of the pool. The kids had great time playing in the pool and running in the yard. I highly recommended it.

We stayed at the Modesto Mansion for the Christmas 2024 holiday. We arrived to a clean and welcoming environment, decorated for the season! The mansion provided plenty of space, both inside and out, for our extended family to enjoy. There were plenty of living areas for people to gather to talk, play games, and enjoy time together. There were great opportunities for family fun outside from football and soccer to swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. The fire pit and sectional seating on the deck was wonderful for watching the stars in the evening. We made great memories with kids and grandkids.
We hope to stay again on a future visit, as the Mansion offers a quiet location with access to many locale amenities.

It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this place. Everything that was listed on the site was exactly how it was when I got there. If I stay in Modesto again, this is where I'll stay again.
