It was an easy, fun, relaxing stay near Downtown palm springs. Our group absolutely loved the pool and hot tub (Get it heated!), and the easy proximity to the many activities of the area via rideshares. We'd recommend anyone stay again.

We rented this house in PS with our family including my sister who was in from out of town and my dad and his fiancée. The house is comfortable for our size group (6 adults and two kids). I really like the location (it is very close to the main drag in PS). The backyard, jacuzzi, and pool are really great. Had a small hiccup with the heating of the pool (it was broken when we arrived, and it is an extra charge to heat it) but it was quickly rectified. Kitchen was easy to cook in and they had everything you'd expect. I was a little surprised they didn't leave more hand soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms. I tried to contact to get more (just a couple tiny bottles of each for 4 adults). The only reason this isn't a 5 star review was the checkout time on our final day was 10AM which the host couldn't extend because of another family coming in. Considering the pricing we paid for the holiday it feels like we were shorted a couple hours that we could have spent enjoying the pool before we left. My recommendation for anyone looking into the property would be to discuss this beforehand when booking.

House was nice and had everything we needed. Close to shopping centers and downtown. Although on a main road the house is gated and in never heard the traffic at all. Getting Into the house was easy with the gate code and dealing with Richard was great also.
