We love that this is a 2 bed 2 bath condo. Great view of the cruise terminals and east end. Great amenities like pool, hot tub, movie theater, & covered parking. This is our 2nd time renting this exact unit and I do have to say it was a little cleaner the first time. We also wish the couch was upgraded for the comfort of a 5th person. However, the PRICE IS RIGHT and we will definitely rent this unit again.

Unit was great, and matched photos. Checkin process with Vacasa was easy. The building management and Emerald had a lot of paper work, and redundant asks that Vacasa already had us fill out, so that was a bit annoying. The location was great, views were awesome. Only down sides were the blinds in master bedroom don't go all the way to the top and are light filtering, not darkening, so that might be an issue for some people.(Didn't bother us too much).There is an empty strip mall next door with a decent amount of homeless people, but the Emerald is very secure, so we always felt safe. The biggest down side for me is the Gym is only available on the weekends. Overall I'd stay here again, but probably only on the weekends due to the gym restrictions(major negative for me)
