The unit has a max capacity of 4 (queen bed and pull out sofa. We were a part of two so I can’t vouch for the sofa bed. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. The owners provide beach accessories - umbrella, kites, beach blanket). Unit only has two small closets

I have stayed in Units at the Golden Sands since 1989. But I think this is our very first VASCA review. I read the reviews before we booked Unit 712. Others have commented about the sofas in the Unit. Yes, we found them to be low to the floor but I have sat in worse. Someone noted that the Keurig coffeemaker did not have instructions, and it did not. (hint, use Google!) So, you can bring along your coffee grounds. We enjoy our coffee, so this comment is important to us!!! The unit has a full-sized refrigerator with an ice maker so that was really handy. This was the first unit that I ever stayed at that had lounge chairs on the private balcony. This was awesome! We used them every morning and for our night cap! I do not like to live out of my suitcase. I like to put my clothes in drawers. The bedrooms had plenty of storage for clothes. I was very happy about this. I would stay in Unit 712 again.
