Each vacation rental unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area and private balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. A private washer and dryer is conveniently provided for guest use, along with complimentary cable TV and WiFi.

Really Nice Condo with an amazing view to the ocean. Located on 3rd floor very close to elevators and trash shoot. Vacasa communicates strictly by text and emails, they will send all the info on there the day of arrival you will get the code. Email the day before as a reminder. No actual person from Vacasa at condo. There is another lady at the office but she manages another rental company. Condo is clean, only recommendation would be to have the Rugs clean. Although they are vacuumed you can clearly see the need to be shampooed. Very nice Kitchen, fully stocked kitchen. Just a friendly reminder to all future guests, bring basic seasonings. Kitchen has everything but that. Be prepared to pay $30/ DAY for the use of the Umbrella with 2 chairs, VACASA did not pay the yearly fee this year, therefore if you want to sit in the shade you will have to pay that. We ended up purchasing a small pop up canopy with chairs to place on the beach each day. Umbrella guys have a clipboard that show which condos have a yearly subscription, VACASA is one of the few that do not. Vacasa has very strict rules to early check ins, don’t bother calling to see if you can get in an hour or two early, their responses are always NO to everything. They state that housecleaning needs time to clean. we arrived a day early (Saturday) asked if they could waive the cleaning fee for that day being that we were scheduled to be there from Sunday- Friday. We felt it was pointless to pay for 2 cleaning fees if they could just clean it on the original departure date. they stated NO. We decided to book a single night at another hotel because we found it ridiculous to pay all the fees for that night. Other than that condo is nice and the view is phenomenal!
