We loved it! Perfect location to everything!! Close to beach and roomy and clean.

I would highly recommend this condo. The ocean view was spectacular and the location was good. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. There was an odor in it. I would book this condo again!

I stayed here a few years ago in this same unit, it has been renovated since. I would definitely stay again because it's all about location for me. The condo is very nice. Like any other place I would recommend some minor upkeep. It's not a new build so I wouldn't expect anything fancy but it is still very nice. We enjoyed ourselves and I will definitely plan another trip before summer ends. I recommend you bring a little vacuum to vacuum the floors since it does not come with a vacuum or a sweeper, as well as a little cheap mesh bag to put dirty towels in. I didn't not use the laundry mat, I wish the condo would come with it's own combo washer/dryer inside. The kitchen has this meta pantry shelf in the corner that we kept our bags on so our things wouldnt be all over the place. We were able to keep snacks on the shelf too. The shelf was able to hodso much of our things and i loved being able to keep all our things tucked away. Other than needing some minor upkeep...this place is very peaceful and conveniently located on the beach and pier 33 is literally down the street and has anything you need from groceries to essentials. We sat on our porch for hours hanging out and had a blast. Im from louisiana and we dont get to sit outside much because of mosquitoes, and while here we did not see not 1 mosquito! It was so refreshing! This place is very affordable and the check in and check out process is great. I love being able to communicate through text and I can get a response in seconds. I'm really big on cleanliness and the place is very clean. I was super impressed with how clean the ice box was lol. For anyone staying in the 101 unit, The pull out sofa has a foam mattress topper inside the closet since sofa beds are real springy. I would also bring a fitted mattress cover to cover it. We usually bring our own pillow cases and sheets. The unit comes with 4 pillows so we put 2 on the sofa bed for the kids. Definetly bring your own blankets too. Over all, You won't be disappointed with these units. Like I mentioned, it's not a new fancy build so yes some minor upgrades could be useful but it won't make or break your choice in staying here. It's a great place. Very affordable. I can't wait to go back.
