These buildings are situated in such a way that the rooms have a great view, especially some more than others of course. Wide open and clean and light Interiors with just an awesome view was so fun. Loved hearing the ocean waves all night no need for air-conditioning. Wish the barbecue and pool was open longer.

The condo is great! It worked well for our family of 5 adults. It was great to have a pool and grills outside. There were good restaurants pretty close as well. The only issue we saw was that the on-site property management staff was not particularly kid friendly. We didn’t have any little kids with us, but we witnessed the staff coming to the pool multiple times to tell children to be quiet. The children weren’t screaming or out of control. They were simply playing in the pool, in the afternoon. So, I’m not sure the property is great for young children if you want to use the pool. Other than that, it is a great condo and property.

Let me start out by saying THERE IS NO AC!! I didn't realize this when I booked it. None of the reviews that I read mentioned it. There are plenty of fans and a nice ocean breeze, but it is so hot in the apartment during the day and night. The condo is on the 8th floor, so that made it even hotter. We struggled to sleep well because of it. The apartment was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the unit, other than the heat. We loved the pool area and the location right next to the ocean. There is no swimmable beach in front of the condo, but there is a beach within a 5-minute walk of the condo. A highlight for us was seeing lots of whales and turtles from the balcony of the condo. We loved to eat our meals on the balcony and listen to the ocean and see the wildlife. The elevator worked fine and the underground parking was very convenient. If the condo had AC, we would 100% return again. We did love our stay here despite the heat.
