The view of the trees and the ocean from the unit is what makes it special. The Akahi is in a great location in Kihei, close to safe beaches and stores and restaurants. Hopefully the old shag carpeting will be removed soon!

I stay at Kihei Akahi every time I visit Maui. C413 was a nice unit. It’s the first time I had a unit with a remodeled shower (loved that there was also natural shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a wall dispenser), real king mattress (not a queen or two doubles pushed together) and tile flooring in the bedroom (instead of icky carpet). It was clean overall and really appreciated the welcome treats Vacasa provides.
