Nice condo! Great location! And amazing view! Kitchen is well stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Plus it’s close to pools, pickleball courts and docks. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a very mixed stay. The initial impression wasn’t great since the door code wasn’t programmed to the code they sent and the place was very hot (78 degrees +). I would recommend setting the thermostat to a comfortable level when you have guests arriving. Guests shouldn’t have to wait hours to be comfortable. The primary bedroom was very comfortable. The guest bed is small and has a significant dip in the middle making it uncomfortable. It was nice to have extra blankets available and they were good quality. The outdoor space was nice with good views. There are a few things like towel holders and soap dispensers that will easily fall apart. The space just needs a bit of review and TLC. There wasn’t any instruction on how to lock the door. We were told that if you just shut the door, it would lock itself after a few minutes. That didn’t happen. We googled the door lock and discovered that we needed to shift the switch on the inside to have it lock. It seems like the management of this place is very ‘hands off’ - never before have I had to turn on/off water and water heaters, turn on breaker box, turn on air, etc. at a rental unit.

We had a great stay! The condo is very spacious and comfortable. There is a roll-away bed and a pack-n-play in addition to the 4 beds. The kitchen was well equipped, including a Keurig. The screened deck is large and has an awesome view. Our kids loved the Regatta Bay's sports courts, playground and pool. We would definitely rent this condo again!
