This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time has been GREAT!!! I have already made my reservations for next summer 2026. It is so close to all the shops ,food store,and fine dining.You can see the lake from the front lawn. I would not consider staying anywhere else. Ken the host and owner is wonderful.always there to help if you need him. Can't wait until next summer. Thanks Again

We just loved the spacious house and front porch with a view of horses across the road. The location, just a hop-skip-and-a-jump from Bemus and a short distance to Chautauqua Institution made it a perfect location. We enjoyed meeting our delightful host who communicated as often as necessary. We have already booked a stay at this location for next year!

I had a medical 3 days before check in. Evolve went above and beyond to remedy my situation. Very friendly and helpful in getting my payment fully refunded! I will be rebooking as soon as I get my medical issues resolved.
