Clean house with lots of room to gather together, as well as lots of space to get away and be alone. The large living room couch is amazing! It is super comfy with almost enough room for the whole family! We really liked the 3 king sized beds with their own bathrooms (good for our married kids). We rented a baby gate and pack-n-play, but didn’t need to. The house has both, as well as a high chair. There are also beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and pool toys. There is a beach canopy as well, but we used the umbrellas we rented. The deck isn’t as weathered and dangerous as other posts say, just typical beach house weathering. A fun surprise was the two deck swings that were very comfortable and relaxing, with a view of the pool and the ocean. There are games, puzzles, and books for all ages. The large kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including a crockpot, waffle iron and pancake griddle. All you really need to bring are beach towels and reusable water bottles (there are only glass tumblers in the house). It’s a great house and we had a wonderful time! I highly reccomend it!
