Bend vacation rentals with hot tubs

3.5 stars! Some things were great - the mini kitchen worked well considering how it's only a mini kitchen. The fridge and little freezer section worked well. I was worried it might not since it is a half size, but kept everything cold. We cooked 4 family dinners and appreciated the rice cooker, toaster, convection/microwave combo and the needed cookware. There were a few things that needed some TLC. Mostly minor and I alerted the owner so they hopefully fix them. The beds were probably the only thing major that was a bummer, they are very hard. If they put a foam topper on them that would help a lot. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit as the listing states, it's in the building next door. No issue, but wanted to mention since the listing says private laundry, which made me think it was in the unit - not shared. The TV in the living room is very small and in a weird spot if you want to sit and watch a family movie. Really is not set up for using it and siting on the couch to see it very well. The resort is great overall. Great location, easy to get to Bend for groceries, floating the river and biking the river path. Also quick to get up to Elk lake for kayaking (25 minutes away). Wonderful pools & hot tubs. EV Blink chargers on site were super nice to have for our electric car. Son loved the bike adventure park with ramps and hills to bike on. Overall a great place to stay but would have loved to get a better nights sleep if the beds were more comfortable. Also be aware the concierge desk will try to get you to go to a vacation ownership presentation. We actually did it and we're supposed to get a vacation week to use later in the year somewhere in the Worldmark network. We'll see if it pans out!

We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and playing Mini golf every night.

The resort is nice but the restaurant and bar should not close so early.
