My husband, teenage son and I had the absolute pleasure of finding this hidden gem (at least to us -- but not anymore!) for a quick summer getaway before the beginning of the school year. There are SO many things we loved about this property: ~ It was immaculately clean when we arrived. ~ Both bedrooms had king-sized beds and access to the spacious balcony. ~ The kitchen had everything we needed and more. ~ The temperature of the water in the outdoor pool was very comfortable! ~ The property is very convenient to the beach (we could see it from the balcony), shopping, restaurants (We found The Donut Hole and The Ice Cream Shoppe. Both were fantastic!) and all the fun activities Destin has to offer. ~ Even though we were close to the elevator, we never heard it the whole time we were there. ~ The buildings and grounds of the property are exceptionally well kept. We stayed in August and are already making plans to return in October for Fall Break. As my son so eloquently put it, "we're staying HERE every time we come to Destin!"

We had a great stay, the fully equipped kitchen was great help for some home cooked meals. The pool and other amenities were also wonderful. Overall had an amazing time in Destin and just having a great place to rest made it even better,

We had a great time at condo 11016. The first 2 days the air conditioning didn’t work. On the 3rd day someone showed up to fix it and finished that after noon. Other wise everything was great. The pictures were a little misleading as I thought it was a beach like or pool view but it was a dollar tree parking lot.
