AC gets down to 65 no problem, ceiling fans all work well, new espresso machine, coffee machine does not need a filter, it's built in. Vacassa on the ball, texting 24.7 had extra towels delivered within few hours of texting. Improve: Only four towels,no extra blankets. The unit itself could use some TLC, paint, etc. bathroom specifically

Visiting from LA, cleanliness was great upon entry the room was very well cleaned. We double checked for everything stains etc so 4.5/5 rating. Beware if you book through a “3rd party website” example: booking.com is what I went through. They don’t provide you with anything extra so tissue, towels, trash bags we had to buy our own. They never came around to collect trash either so we had trash bags sitting on the floor in the kitchen area for 5 days. Read the fine print… The furniture was ok it was worn down but that was expected honestly. Ocean view was amazing and the patio furniture was great too! The pool area was indoors and outdoors so that was a plus. Easy access to the beach. The building had 15 floors and 2 elevators so the wait for the elevator was a little frustrating but not too bad. The facility had carts for easy access to bring up items to the room from your vehicles. We stayed for 5 days and our overall stay was enjoyable.
