We were a family of 9 with three generations. We loved the way the house was designed with a large living, dining, and kitchen where everyone would fit but also smaller spaces where a small group could work a puzzle while others are talking and someone else is scrolling by themselves. The three balconies were perfect for alone time as well. Kitchen had all the equipment needed for large and small meals. There were beach chairs for all and toys for the kids at the beach. It’s a neighborhood beach so there are people- including dog walkers who don’t always clean up- but never a crowd. The house is a combo of classic beach house with wonderful wood floors and hard wood furnishings along with modern chrome bunkbeds and resin additions. Most things worked well but it never surprises me when there is something that could be fixed in an older home. I saw some reviews about the air conditioning but when you see how many windows are in this house, you just pull the curtains on the sunny side and then reverse later in the day. The house is an easy 15 minute drive from the all the activities and restaurants in town. You can find quick marts, liquor stores and pizza close by. We would definitely return.
