Pros: view is amazing!! Price is decent!! pillows comfortable, the room was clean, they have a tub AND it was clean!! there were Kureig kcups and half n half available, nice towels and smelled decent, patio furniture was cute, the lights were dimmable, one private parking spot, no terrible mold/mildew smell!!!!!, no carpet, the smell of fabuloso was faint enough. Cons: couple of air vents were quite dirty-we were sneezing and husband now has alot of nasal congestion, wifi was spotty, movie cut in and out, NO coffee cups, loud whistling noise from air seeping through front door, beds noisy, water pressure a little weak, building is old, heard the person in the adjoining room, Decor in room cute but bathroom not so much. Overall it was nice and would return, provided the chemical cleaning fragrance isn’t too strong and the vents are cleaned. Indeed a very cute ocean cove!

Pros: The view, the view, the view! It can't be beat. Nice high floor and great to look at the ocean. Living room is comfy, the whole condo is very private. Never had any noise from other guests or issues with road noise during my 2-night stay. Getting in and out was easy. The San Luis facility is very nice, feels secure, easy parking. Cons: The king mattress and bed frame were OK enough to sleep on, but not great. Quite firm and bouncy, feels a little cheap and the bed frame squeaks easily. That's not a hard issue to fix, get a nice bed-in-a-box hybrid mattress - something like Dreamcloud or Nest Bedding Sparrow. A medium-firm feel that will appeal to lots of people. Easy fix. Looks overall like a few maintenance items have been deferred, like replacing the shower curtain and the bathroom faucet needs replaced; weather stripping around the entry door, security latch loose. But those things are minor inconveniences only and are easily replaced. As long as you're not extremely particular, it's fine. 4/5 stars. I would go back if the mattress can be replaced. Still had a good time, thanks!
