Condo 313 is a clean, recently updated unit that is off to the side and is a bit tricky to find. We did not notice the map on the back of our check in instructions- and so heed the sign and find your unit before you try to lug all your stuff up. Lionel with Vacasa said they would add an arrow to indicate turn page so hopefully, this issue is solved. Parking: we received one parking pass. I understand you are allowed two but in the winter, the lots fill up so a second car is not guaranteed a parking space. Each building has its own parking area- 300 is at the top and it is certainly easier to find #313 from above - versus the check in spaces at the bottom. I picked this unit for a summer visit because it has air conditioning. Here is an explanation for those that aren't familiar with a mini split system. 1. Make sure all the thermostats that individually control the baseboard heaters in each room are turned off. 2. The AC unit is a white rectangular box wall mounted in between the front entrance and kitchen. Point the white Daikin AC remote directly at the unit to adjust desired temperature. There is a YouTube that explains the remote so I won't go into details. 3. The unit trips daily so if you see a blue flashing light, look behind the picture at the dining table and flip the breaker. Hopefully, the owner will upgrade the electrical box as the A/C tripping affects the microwave, bathroom fan and the garbage disposal. A solid blue light indicates the AC is working. There is a nice full sized refrigerator and extra towel hooks outside the petite but efficient bathrooms. This condo is licensed for seven but it would be really uncomfortable with the luggage. A family or a few friends (that don't need a lot of primping time) would be optimal. There is an easy walking path down a grassy hill to the base. Our party saw a bear (trying to get into the dumpster) and a moose (which are extremely dangerous and easily agitated). If you see either, quietly back away and/or get behind some trees. Do not, under any circumstances try to take a selfie photo, lest you put yourself in some pretty intense danger. The property has posted quiet hours from 10-8. You can hear footsteps above but I expect this is typical of most of the area's condos and doesn't last too long, as people come to enjoy the outside. The grill is located on the small deck-but check grease pan before you use as you don't want to start a fire on the small balcony. Two deck chairs are nice to watch the gondola directly overhead.
