The location is great if you are skiing at Steamboat. It is a very short walk to the base lifts/gondolas with free parking in the covered parking garage. The large hot tub and heated pool is very nice after a day of skiing.

This place, checked all the boxes for four friends looking for a place easy walking distance to the resort lifts. Extremely clean and comfortable and well equipped. It’s on the ground floor, which made for easy access and was a smart comfortable layout. I would recommend to anyone and hoping to come back next year.

This place is literally walking distance to the ski lift. We rented for an extended weekend and was perfect. The large hot tub and heated pool were nice for soaking in after skiing. Everything is automated so no interaction with any staff, but fortunately nothing came up that would require us to communicate with staff. Place is a little outdated, but serves its purpose if you’re mostly out skiing all day.
