Recent Suncadia Resort - Cle Elum, WA guest reviews

This condominium possesses significant potential to achieve a 5-star rating. It is clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The surrounding area is picturesque, featuring multiple trails for nature walks. Accessibility from the highway is convenient, with ample parking available. While the queen-sized bed in the bedroom was comfortable, the living room's pull-out bed was extremely hard and not suitable for adults. As noted in previous reviews, the towels were worn out and stained. Moreover, the absence of window coverings in the living room raises significant privacy concerns, as neighboring condo guests can see directly into the unit. Although the bedroom had blinds, they were not properly installed, resulting in them crashing to the ground when attempted to be closed. We promptly contacted Vacasa and were assured that the local team would address our concerns, particularly regarding privacy. However, despite our initial report, we did not receive any follow-up communication by 10 pm, prompting us to create a makeshift window covering. Unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved on the second day, and with new guests checking into the adjacent condos, we felt extremely uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy. Once the window blind issue is rectified, the condo itself will warrant a 5-star rating. However, Vacasa's response to our concerns and lack of timely resolution warrants a O-star rating. As frequent Vacasa customers, we have generally been satisfied customers, until we encountered issues requiring assistance, which has been consistently inadequate.

We recommend this house- it has nice bedrooms, a good amount of space, great living room big enough for plenty of people, a well stocked kitchen and a nice backyard area. Road noise is a little loud. Overall, very nice.
