We loved the location, the beach was not busy and the view is great. We loved the main gathering area and the loft. It fit or big family well. If you aren't up for steps, there are a lot and the house smells musty at first but the air conditioner running decreases that a lot. We really enjoyed our time.

We really love this Sunny Beach area and this specific beach house's location was perfect. Very comfortably slept our part of 9 and we had a great time despite the HEAVIEST Sea Fog I have ever experienced (and I'm a native Houstonian in my mid-40s who grew up in SE TX). That being said, we did experience some issues with the property's amenities such as bedroom TVs not functional/missing remotes (not operator error) and the lighting beneath the cabin was not functioning at night (security and difficult to take the dogs out at night. I'm sure these will be addressed by owner/management company though and if so, we'd definitely book again!

The view is gorgeous and location is perfect to enjoy the beach! Just be aware all the main/common living space is on the top floor (only bedrooms/baths on first level) - which means a LOT of stair climbing. Not a problem for most of us, but I wouldn’t have booked this particular home if I’d known, because my 85-year-old parents were with us. Once they made it all the way up, they only came down once during our stay. But the view from that top floor is stunning, so they enjoyed it to the fullest! Very comfortable and beautiful home.
