I want to commend Charlie and Jodi from the rental property office. Charlie was super patient and understanding to this weary traveler, and Jodi was helpful and friendly, both amazing and an asset to Vacasa. The condo was as pictured, basic, easy view of the pool. The only cleaning issue was a dirty, used towel was left on the hook on the back of the door in the main bathroom. Hopefully housekeeping corrected that on my exit. I did extend for one additional day, but Tamina who was obviously sleeping when I called, extended me for two days. I expressed concern that rate seemed quite high for one day. She explained different days cost different amounts which I understand to be true. I also attributed it to me extending last minute. It was approximately 12:46am central time. I did not find out she overcharged me for a day until I had to call customer service, because the lock pad was not working. I cannot remember that gentlemen's name, but he was very polite, efficient, and corrected the overcharge without ado. Don't make my mistake and try to key each number in firmly, do it more rapidly. The condo is in walking distance of Babe's Beach, Circle K, Walmart and more. The only recommendation I would give is for the owners to provide more towels, and have another eye to do a walk-through. But had I not brought my own towels, and it was four of us, it would have been a stretchhhh. Thanks for accepting my feedback, and hosting your home.

We had a great time at The Dawn. 214 was on the first floor and had a nice view of the gulf. We caught the sunrise every morning, either on the beach or on our patio. King size bed was comfortable, and the unit was nicely decorated.
