This place was amazing for our family of 7. Layout was amazing, fully stock kitchen, the place was VERY clean, each room with a bathroom, beach access and location was great! Cleanliness - 10/10, Beach access 10/10, amenities - 9/10 ( Pool was in another building), Kitchen (Fully stocked) - 10/10, location 10/10 (quite and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants), Picture to Real Life 9/10 ( Pictures didn't do this place justices, 305E was better then I expected!) I highly recommend this place!!

Place is located close to restaurants, stores, and the beach. House is very spacious with nice amenities, we found everything we needed. Cleanliness and customer service need to improve.

This condo is great! Large and nicely decorated. The location is perfect and ocean view beautiful. Enjoyed time on the balcony with very comfortable furniture. I would not hesitate to book this condo again!
