I have to say, the property was absolutely wonderful. The location was right in the middle of everything making everyplace very accessible. The ocean views from the balcony were wonderful. I will definitely be booking more stays at this property. The property itself felt like home away from home! The property was very clean and nicely decorated! I can't wait to book another stay.

We were supposed to stay at the sea colony in Bethany beach only to find out they had water main break hours before we were to leave for our family vacation. Vacasa was fantastic after they notified us we were unable to stay at the sea colony due to water issues they immediately found us another place to stay with our entire family so our vacation wasn’t ruined. The Meridian 301 E was perfect. We had plenty of room for all of us!! (11 and 2 little ones) It was right on the beach….. more update than the internet pictures showed. Nice balcony with big table and furniture for eating breakfast in the morning or just relaxing over looking the ocean! It wasn’t a resort like the sea colony that we originally booked but it is perfect for a low key family vacation. Our only complaint which is really not a complaint is we wished the swimming pool was closer to the ocean not in a different building and road side. We did use the pool and once you were up on the 2nd floor you really didn’t feel like you were road side. We couldn’t thank Vacasa enough for saving our vacation!! We would stay at the Meridian 301 E again and highly recommend Vacasa!!! We will definitely use Vacasa on future trips!!!

This place was amazing for our family of 7. Layout was amazing, fully stock kitchen, the place was VERY clean, each room with a bathroom, beach access and location was great! Cleanliness - 10/10, Beach access 10/10, amenities - 9/10 ( Pool was in another building), Kitchen (Fully stocked) - 10/10, location 10/10 (quite and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants), Picture to Real Life 9/10 ( Pictures didn't do this place justices, 305E was better then I expected!) I highly recommend this place!!
